Our kitty gallery will feature cats in sanctuary, as well as cats available for adoption or foster. Adoption fees will cover basic vetting including vaccines, microchip, and spay/neuter.
Ladytron is an 18 year old registered Ragdoll who lived the high life as a traveling cat with trips to Europe and all over the U.S. When her owners moved out of the country, they gave her away to people who only kept her for three weeks, then were dumping her at the kill shelter because their new puppy wasn't good with her. Wer were contacted and with rescue network help, we were able to bring Ladytron to SWFR, where she will live out her life.
Henry came into rescue with his friend Sarah. They are bonded and available for adoption together. Henry is shy but loving.
Cisco came from a no-kill shelter that kept him for five years in a very small room with at least a dozen other cats. No windows, and little contact with people. Dom has eyesight issues due to being kept in little sunlight, and he has Stage 2 CRF, or kidney disease. Cisco receives sub-Q fluids every few days, and has good quality of life. UPDATE: Cisco passed away from his kidney disease a few months ago. He was truly loved and is greatly missed.
